What Happens When You Delete Your Account
All of your personal data and preferences will be permanently deleted.
You’ll no longer be able to access your device settings via the app.
This action is irreversible.
Request Account Deletion
You can request to delete your account in either of the following ways:
1. Submit a Request via Our Support Portal
Visit https://support.tidelight.co.uk and submit a support ticket requesting account deletion.
Please make sure to include the email address associated with your account.
2. Email Us Directly
Send an email to support@tidelight.co.uk with the subject line:
“Account Deletion Request”
Include the following details in your message:
Your full name
The email address linked to your account
A short confirmation that you'd like your account deleted
What Happens Next
Once we receive your request, our support team will confirm the deletion within 3–5 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your account has been removed.
