Not every beach has its own tidal station — and that's completely normal.
Tidal stations are placed in key locations along the coastline to collect accurate tide data. Your beach may not appear in the list, but you can simply choose the closest available tidal station. In most cases, the difference in tide times between nearby locations is very small — just a few minutes — and won’t affect your Tidelight’s performance.
How to find the nearest tidal station:
In the UK: Visit easytide.admiralty.co.uk
Worldwide: Use the interactive map at marea.ooo/en/map
If you're still unsure which location to pick, feel free to contact us at support.tidelight.co.uk — we're happy to help.
